The program includes flights to/from Maui February 1 - February 7, 2020. A limited number of seats are held from each departure city. Flights are confirmed on a first request basis. Please indicate your preferred departure city below. Also provide a secondary departure city.
If you would like to modify your trip dates or have other special requests, please note them in the Special Requests box below. Summit Planners will check for availability and contact you with final pricing before finalizing any changes.

Trip packets will be shipped via FedEx to this address approximately three weeks prior to trip departure and will include the final itineary.
Requests and Preferences
We attempt to fulfill all special requests and preferences, but they are subject to availability, not guaranteed, and could require extra payment. If an additional payment is required, we will contact you to advise of such costs.
