It is with great regret that we are canceling the 2022 AgriGold Winter Trip to Aruba. This decision was not taken lightly, but in the increased complexity of international travel and continued safety concerns related to COVID-19, AgReliant has decided that we will cancel this year’s winter trip.
1. As of July 2021, all passengers will be required to have a negative PCR COVID test result that was administered within 72 hours of their flight’s departure time for Aruba. You will need to schedule this with a local testing facility.
2. All passengers will need to complete an Aruba ED (Embarkment/Disembarkment) Card 72-12 hrs. prior to departing. Negative COVID test results are needed to complete the process.
3. All passengers will be required to get a COVID test with negative results before returning to the US. (This will be arranged & test provided for all guests at the Hilton & is at no added cost to travelers.)

You must have valid passport to travel to Aruba. Summit Planners recommends that all international travelers have a passport that is valid 6 months after their scheduled return date.
**KTN (Known Traveler Number) is an optional pre-check number given by TSA. Apply online at https://www.tsa.gov/tsa-precheck/apply.

Travel Insurance
The trip through AgriGold does include* the required Aruba Visitor’s Insurance that protects you against incurred medical and non-medical expenses should you test positive for COVID-19 during your stay in Aruba. Aruba Visitor’s Insurance does not provide the scope of coverage that comes with traditional travel insurance. We encourage you to review your options for purchasing your own travel insurance to supplement the provided Aruba Visitor's Insurance. We also encourage you to contact your health benefits provider regarding your medical insurance abroad.
If you wish to obtain traditional cancellation insurance protection, there are several companies who provide this insurance and their information can be obtained online. Coverage and payment of benefits, and documents required for claims vary between companies. We would strongly encourage to read and understand the terms and conditions or description of coverage limitations and claims payment procedures before purchasing any travel insurance.
*AgriGold is covering the $15 fee for Aruba’s Visitor Insurance. A week before your departure flight, you will be emailed a promo code by Summit Planners that you can enter while completing Aruba’s online Embarkation/Disembarkation card process. **Summit Planners does not sell travel insurance, and you should contact a travel insurance provider if interested in these products.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
desire to attend the 2024 Winter Getaway in Playa Mujeres, Cancun (the “Trip”) hosted by AgReliant Genetics, LLC ("AgReliant Genetics"). In consideration of the intangible value that I will gain by participating in the Trip and its related activities, and in recognition of AgReliant Genetics reliance hereon, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this “Release”).
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS. I hereby fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably assume all risks, hazards, and dangers related to my attendance of the Trip (including all travel) and participation in any Trip-related activities which may include an increased risk of exposure to infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, which may result in serious illness, personal injury, disability, death, and/or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of AgReliant Genetics employees or others, whether occurring before, during, or after the Trip, however caused. I understand that AgReliant Genetics cannot guarantee that I will not be killed or injured or become infected with any disease, including COVID-19, due to my attendance on the Trip and that my attendance may increase my risk of contracting COVID-19. NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ATTENDING THE TRIP WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED. I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY ATTENDANCE OF THE TRIP, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF AGRELIANT GENETICS OR OTHERWISE.
RELEASE AND WAIVER I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY ATTENDANCE OF THE TRIP, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF AgReliant Genetics OR OTHERWISE. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against AgReliant Genetics , and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”), that relate to any of the risks, hazards, and/or dangers described above in Section 1, including without limitation, any and all claims that arise out of or relate in any way to (i) my exposure to COVID-19; (ii) my travel to and from or presence during the Trip; (iii) any interaction between myself and any personnel of any of the Releasees present at the Trip; or (iv) any of the risks identified above in Section 1, including Trip-related activities, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction, or negligence of any Releasee or otherwise.
GOVERNING LAW. All matters arising out of or relating to this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; OTHER TERMS. This Release constitutes the sole and entire agreement of AgReliant Genetics and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of AgReliant Genetics and me and our respective successors and assigns.
BY SIGNING, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE AGRELIANT GENETICS, LLC.
